supplier backorders are
presented on the page but
will not permit items to be
ordered. Simply click the
ETA date for the DETAILS.
Our goal is to communicate
the most updated information
to our Members. This new
DETAILS feature provides the
“reason” the item may be on
backorder or simply
unavailable to order online.
We know that things are busy in your practice, and that sometimes it isn’t easy to remember what
steps have been completed, we also know that several people could potentially have the responsibility
for ordering product. With that said WDDC has made remembering easy by adding the “Recent Web
Orders” report. Simply select reports, recent web orders and search by item number, Purchase order
number or scroll through the dates (most recent is at the top).
